Robert, who spent a decade honing his butchery skills in Toronto, Canada, always aspired to open his own craft butcher shop back in his hometown in Ireland. Inspired by his childhood experiences on his parents' farm, Robert's passion for sustainable farming practices and high-quality food led him to establish HERD Butchery.
